Rates:

• $130.00 for the initial session (60 minutes).

• All subsequent sessions are:

  • $120.00 per 50-minute individual session

  • $120.00 per 50-minute couple/family session 

  • If it is necessary that a session extend the 50-minute hour, the session will be appropriately prorated.

Fees are expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Telephone conversations, emails, site visits, report writing, consultation with other professionals, release of information, reading records, longer sessions, travel time, etc. may be charged at the same rate as indicated and agreed upon.

 

Insurance:

We at The Center for Sexual Health and Family Counseling of Orlando, LLC do not accept insurance. If clients choose to seek reimbursement from their insurance company/carrier/provider, Arnaldo Luis Olivera II, Ph.D., LMFT, CCS will provide them with a statement (receipt) that can be submitted, by the client, to their carrier that will include the type of services rendered and diagnosis, however, Dr. Arny is unable to guarantee whether your insurance will provide payment for the services provided/rendered to you. If for some reason, you find that you are unable to continue paying for your therapy, please inform Dr. Arny and he will help you to consider any other options that may be available if the need or circumstances arise.

Reduced Rate:

A sliding scale fee may be applied based on need and income ask Dr. Arny for further details.  Discounted rates are also offered to Military (active and inactive), law enforcement, first responders and educators.

Cancellation Policy:

We at The Center for Sexual Health and Family Counseling of Orlando, LLC understand that unexpected events may arise that prevent you from making it to a scheduled session; however, we ask that you notify us in advance to allow someone else an opportunity to be seen. If you cancel or fail to appear to a session without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $120 cancellation fee.

Clients are expected to pay by cash, check, or credit card.  We accept all major credit cards.
